Every class is available in-studio and via live stream. Recordings are available for 48 hours after each session for all plan members.
Most students notice better sleep and reduced stress within 2 weeks. Physical flexibility gains are typically visible within 4–6 weeks. Health metric changes occur within 8–12 weeks.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 15 days notice. Individual class bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the class starts. We are always flexible β€” just message us.
